What happens if I am not home at the time of delivery?📬

Colissimo Belgium / International: If the package cannot be delivered to your mailbox, it will be presented again the next day, or a notice will be left so you can collect it at the nearest post office within the indicated timeframe (10 days in Belgium).

• DPD Point Relais / DPD Predict: The package will be left at the nearest DPD pick-up point. You will receive a notification by SMS or email with details on how to collect it. Packages remain available for 9 days.
• Chronopost Home Delivery: If you cannot be present, you can reschedule the delivery online before midnight to either a nearby Pickup® point or postpone the delivery by up to 7 days. Otherwise, the package will be deposited at the closest point relais. Notifications are sent via SMS or email.

Always make sure to check the notifications from your carrier to retrieve your package on time.
