• For deliveries outside mainland France, using So Colissimo Mon Domicile, to all countries served by La Poste.
• Delivery: 48-72h for neighboring countries; usually 5-8 working days for overseas (DOM-TOM), longer for non-neighboring countries (except force majeure: weather, strikes, etc.).

Delivery in France

DPD Pick-up Point 24H-48H*

Delivery in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) to one of 10,000 local stores in 24-48h.

Have your order delivered to one of the 10,000 available pick-up points across France. You can choose the store that suits you best: near your home or work, and pick up your parcel 7 days a week (depending on opening hours of the chosen pick-up point**).

Once your parcel is delivered to the selected DPD pick-up point, you will automatically receive a notification by email or SMS. If you cannot pick it up the same day, no problem: your parcel will be available for 9 days (including weekends and holidays).

DPD Pick-up Points provide:

• Delivery across Metropolitan France in 24/48h (average time, no Sunday deliveries)
• Choice among over 10,000 stores, carefully selected (location, storage capacity, opening hours…)
• Detailed parcel tracking available 24/7 on www.dpd.fr
• Alert (email then SMS) when the parcel arrives at the DPD pick-up point

Shipping Costs:

• €4.90 for all orders under €80 in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica)
• Free for orders above €80

Note: DPD does not deliver on Sundays. Orders placed after 4 p.m. on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

DPD Predict 24H-48H*

Delivery in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) with Predict in 24-48h (average observed time). Deliveries take place Monday to Saturday.

With DPD Predict, choose an interactive scheduled delivery that suits you!

• Choose directly via SMS the day and time slot (calculated on deliveries in your area) from a list offered by DPD.
• When placing your order, enter your mobile number in the designated field to use Predict.
• Once your order is shipped, DPD sends you an SMS with available delivery dates and time slots (mainly morning).
• Reply (before 11 p.m.) "1" or "2" via SMS according to your availability, or go to www.destinataires.dpd.fr or call 09 70 80 85 66 (toll-free) for more options.

IMPORTANT: SMS replies will not be valid if you add extra instructions (e.g., leave with concierge, no doorbell).

If you do not respond, the driver will automatically deliver in the first SMS slot. On the delivery day, you will receive a reminder SMS of your delivery time slot.

Ensure you are present, as parcels are not left in mailboxes (signature required).

If absent, a notice will be left or the parcel will be delivered to the nearest pick-up point.

• Free for orders above €80

Chronopost Pick-up Point 24H

For any order placed before 4 p.m., delivery takes place the next day to a Point Relais® or Pickup® station near you (working day) in France (excluding Corsica).

• On delivery morning, Chronopost® sends an SMS or email with the location and availability of your parcel.
• Pick-up deadlines: 9 days at Pickup relay, 3 days at Pickup station.
• If not collected, the parcel will be returned to the sender.

Shipping Cost: €7.90 per order, regardless of amount in Metropolitan France.

Chronopost Home 24H

Orders placed before 4 p.m. are delivered the next day before 1 p.m. (working day), across France (excluding Corsica).

• Deliveries are handed over in person against signature from Monday to Saturday.
• Delivery morning: Chronopost® sends SMS/email with time slot.
• If absent: request redelivery via website before midnight, or collect at Post office/Pickup point within 7 days max.
• Parcel availability: 14 days at post office/Chronopost agency, 9 days at Pickup relay, 3 days at Pickup station.

Shipping Cost: €9.90 per order, regardless of amount in Metropolitan France.

Delivery in Belgium

So Colissimo Home 48-72H

• Delivered by La Poste via Colissimo, without signature.
• Delivery time: 48-72h; if mailbox is too small and you are absent, a second attempt or notice will occur.
• Pickup within 10 days at the nearest post office. Track at www.colissimo.fr or www.bpost.be.

Shipping Costs:

• €9.90 for orders under €80
• Free above €80

La Poste also delivers on Saturdays.

• Choose a pick-up point in Belgium. Collect with ID during opening hours.
• Delivery time: 24-48h working days.
• If not collected within 10 days, returned to sender.

DPD Predict 48H-72H

• Once shipped, DPD sends an email with tracking number and delivery summary.
• Deliveries Monday-Saturday, no specific time slot; signature required.
