DPD Pickup 24H-48H*

Delivery in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) to one of the 10,000 local shops* within 24-48h.

Have your order delivered to one of the 10,000 available local shops across France. You have the freedom to choose the shop that suits you best: near your home or near your work, and pick up your package 7 days a week (depending on the opening days and hours of the chosen Pickup point**).

As soon as your package is delivered to the chosen DPD Pickup point, you will be automatically notified by email or SMS. If you cannot collect it on the same day, no problem: your package will remain available for 9 days (including weekends and public holidays).

DPD Pickup ensures quality delivery with:

• Delivery across Metropolitan France in 24/48h (average observed time, no delivery on Sunday)
• A choice of over 10,000 carefully selected shops (geographical location, storage capacity, opening hours…)
• Detailed tracking of your package available 24/7 on www.dpd.fr
• Notification by email and SMS upon arrival of your package at the DPD Pickup point

Delivery fees:

• €4.90 for any order under €80 in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica)
• Free for orders over €80 in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica)

Note: DPD does not deliver on Sunday. Any order placed after 4 p.m. on Friday will only be shipped the following Monday.

DPD Predict 24H-48H*

Delivery in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica) with Predict in 24/48h (average observed time). Deliveries are carried out from Monday to Saturday.

With DPD Predict, choose the interactive, hassle-free scheduled delivery solution! Select directly via SMS the day and time slot that suits you best from a list of options offered by DPD.

How it works:

• During your order on the website, enter your mobile phone number in the designated field to use the Predict service.
• Once your order is shipped, DPD will send you an SMS proposing delivery dates and time slots (mainly in the morning).
• Reply “1” or “2” via SMS according to your availability before 11 p.m., or go to www.destinataires.dpd.fr or call 09 70 80 85 66 (non-premium) for more options.

IMPORTANT: The SMS reply will not be valid if you add an additional note (e.g., leave with the concierge, do not ring the bell).

If you do not reply to the SMS, the driver will automatically come during the first SMS choice time slot. On the day of the scheduled delivery, you will receive an SMS reminding you of the delivery time slot.

Make sure you are present during delivery, as parcels are not left in mailboxes (handed over against signature).

In case of absence, a notice will be left in your mailbox or the package will be delivered to the nearest Pickup point.

• €6.90 for any order under €80 in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica)
• Free for orders over €80 in Metropolitan France (excluding Corsica)

CHRONOPOST Pickup 24H

For any order placed on the website before 4 p.m., delivery takes place the next day in a Pickup® point or Pickup® station near you (business day) anywhere in France (excluding Corsica).

On the morning of delivery: Chronopost® will send you an SMS or email to inform you of the pickup location and availability.

You can collect your package directly at the indicated Pickup® point or station. Collection times are as follows:

• 9 days in Pickup shops
• 3 days in Pickup stations (lockers)

If you do not collect your package within this period, it will be returned to the sender.

Chronopost Pickup delivery fees: €7.90 for all orders regardless of amount in Metropolitan France.

CHRONOPOST Home Delivery 24H

For any order placed on the website before 4 p.m., delivery takes place the next morning before 1 p.m. (business day) anywhere in France (excluding Corsica).

All deliveries are made in person against signature from Monday to Saturday.

On the morning of delivery: Chronopost® will send you an SMS or email indicating the driver’s time slot.

If you cannot be present, you must go to the website before midnight to request delivery at one of your local Pickup® points or post offices or to reschedule the delivery up to 7 days. In case of absence, the package will be deposited at the nearest Pickup point. You will receive an SMS as soon as you can collect it, and it will be available for:

• 14 days in post offices and Chronopost agencies
• 9 days in Pickup shops
• 3 days in Pickup stations (lockers)

Chronopost Home delivery fees: €9.90 for all orders regardless of amount in Metropolitan France.

Delivery in Belgium

As soon as your package is delivered to the chosen DPD Pickup point, you are automatically notified by email or SMS. If you cannot collect it the same day, no problem: your package remains available for 9 days (including weekends and public holidays).

International Delivery – Colissimo International

For deliveries outside the countries mentioned above, we use Colissimo International, which allows delivery to all countries serviced by La Poste.

Typical delivery times: 48-72h for neighboring countries and usually 5-8 working days for overseas territories (DOM-TOM), and for non-neighboring countries (except in case of force majeure: weather conditions, strikes, etc.).
