You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it to us in its original packaging, with the products in good condition and unopened.

💳 If you would like a refund or exchange, you can submit your request directly via our contact form. We will then send you a prepaid return label.

📸 If the product you wish to return is damaged or if you did not receive the item you ordered, please also contact us via the form, attaching photos of the package and the received products. We will get back to you promptly with appropriate solutions.
