I accidentally placed the same order twice 🔁
Did you accidentally place the same order twice? Here’s what happens:
Only orders with validated payment are shipped.
Depending on your payment method, here’s what can happen:
- Credit card (CB): You should receive two confirmations: one automatic from our site and one from your bank validating the payment. If one of the orders is not validated by the bank, it will not be shipped.
- Cheque or bank transfer: The order is confirmed and shipped only when we have received your payment. If we receive only one payment, only that order will be shipped.
