Hereā€™s what happens: Only orders with **validated payment** are shipped. Depending on your payment method, hereā€™s what can happen: * **Credit card (CB):** You should receive **two confirmations**: one automatic from our site and one from your bank validating the payment. If one of the orders is **not validated by the bank**, it will not be shipped. * **Cheque or bank transfer:** The order is confirmed and shipped **only when we have received your payment**. If we receive only one payment, only that order will be shipped. * If you are unsure or think you have paid twice, we can **check this for you**!
